Spanish (also called castellano) is a Romance language. There are approximately 414 million people who speak Spanish as a native language, which makes it second of the most spoken language in the world after Mandarin. It is also used as an official language by the European Union.
Spanish has a two-gender noun system: Masculino and Femenino. The most of the word are “Masculinos” and often the words which are ending in “O” are “masculinos” for example Hijo = a boy . On the other hand, the words which are ending in “A” are often “Femeninos” for example Hija = a girl. Spanish alphabet consist 27 letters and two diagraphs:
A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, Ñ, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z.
